§ 150.05 CONSTRUCTION IN FLOOD PLAIN.
   The construction of any structure, either aboveground or underground, and within the flood plain of the Little Monon Creek in the corporate limits of the town, the flood plain, being that as defined from time to time by the State Department of Natural Resources, is hereby prohibited in order to comply with the terms and provisions of Executive Order Number 11988.
