§ 30.04 PROMOTING TOWN BUSINESS.
   (A)   The Town Council is authorized to budget and appropriate funds from the town’s General Fund to pay expenses or to reimburse town officials, as the case may be, for expenses incurred in promoting the town’s best interests.
   (B)   The expenses may include, but not be limited to, rental of meeting places, booth space, meals, decorations, memorabilia, awards, expenses incurred in promoting industrial services, residential development and any other expense of a civic or governmental nature, which, in the opinion of the Town Council, will advance the interests of the town.
   (C)   Expenses for any special dinners for town employees and the Town Council.
   (D)   The expenses may not exceed the sum of $1,200 per year.
