§ 30.02 EMPLOYEES TO BE RESIDENTS OF TOWN.
   (A)   All full-time employees of the town shall reside within the corporate limits of the Town of Monon.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES shall mean any person employed by the town who works at least 40 hours per week.
