(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to transport into, consume, use, sell, distribute or otherwise possess any alcoholic beverage or illegal drug inside the park boundaries.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle in any area other than an area designated for parking. Parking in the grass shall be allowed, except during the spring wet season or during or after heavy rains.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an unauthorized motor vehicle inside the white pylons.
(D) It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a horse in the park, except on a roadway or street or in the horse arena.
(E) It shall be unlawful for any person to park on or about any park area unless the person is using the park facilities during park hours. Unauthorized motor vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. Repair of motor vehicles inside the park is not permitted, except for bonafide emergency repairs sufficient to permit the motor vehicle to leave or be removed from the park.
(F) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle at a speed in excess of ten mph on or about the park.
(G) It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter in or around the shelter houses or park buildings.
(H) It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle overnight or camp overnight in the park.
(I) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or use skates, roller skates, roller blades, skateboards or bicycles on the tennis courts or inside the shelter houses or park buildings.
