3-1-12: EXCEPTIONS TO PROVISIONS:

The city council shall have the power to waive the fees for vending licenses required under any provisions of this code, upon application for such license by disabled veterans who are residents of the city; provided, however, that such waiver is recommended by the veterans' relief officer of Kankakee County. (Ord. 203, 1-16-1978)
