10-4-7: BUILDING SETBACK LINES:
Building setback lines in residential areas of new subdivisions shall conform to the front yard provisions of the Momence zoning ordinance, except that in no case shall the building setback line be less than twenty five feet (25') from the front property line.
A corner lot shall maintain not less than the minimum building setback lines required on both streets on which the lot abuts. (Ord. 455, 4-21-1997)
