10-2-1: COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIRED DESIGN PRINCIPLES:

The subdivider or his agent shall comply with the general principles of design and minimum requirements for the layout of subdivisions set forth in chapter 4 of this title and with the provisions of chapter 4 of this title establishing minimum design standards and procedures for the installation of subdivision improvements of this title, and in every case shall pursue the following procedure.
