All ordinances of the city imposing any fine, penalty, imprisonment or forfeiture, or making any appropriation may be published by printing said ordinance in book or pamphlet form by authority of the corporate authorities of the city.
The city clerk is hereby authorized to publish any ordinance as aforesaid, in accordance with this section. (Ord., 1961)
