(A) To park, store or keep any motorized vehicle in any rear, side, or front setback on private property on grass is prohibited. This provision does not include recreational vehicles, golf carts, and/or nonhighway vehicles.
(B) Loading, unloading, and visiting, provided no type of hazard is created, with prior notification and approval by the police department, will be permitted. (Ord. 782, 6-2-2014)
