(A) Purpose: Except on holidays, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle for a longer consecutive period of time than that designated, between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M. in any area designated as a limited parking area and so marked.
(B) Lot Definitions: In this section and throughout this code:
Lot #1: City lot on the north side of River Street, and east of Dixie Highway.
Lot #2: City lot on the south side of River Street, and east of Dixie Highway.
Lot #3: City lot on the south side of River Street, and west of Dixie Highway.
Lot #4: City lot on the north side of Washington Street, and west of Dixie Highway.
Lot #5: City lot on the north side of Mill Street, and east of Dixie Highway. (Ord. 753, 11-19-2012)
(C) Fifteen Minute Parking: The following shall be designated fifteen (15) minute parking:
The parking space on Dixie Highway on the northwest side thereof, next to River Street, Monday through Sunday, from eight thirty o'clock (8:30) A.M. to eight o'clock (8:00) P.M.
The parking space on Dixie Highway on the southeast side thereof, next to Washington Street, Monday through Saturday, from seven thirty o'clock (7:30) A.M. to four thirty o'clock (4:30) P.M.
The parking space on Dixie Highway on the southwest side thereof next to Washington Street, and the parking space on Washington Street, on the southwest side thereof, next to Dixie Highway, adjacent to the handicapped parking space.
The parking space on the north side of West Washington Street, adjacent to, and west of the alley, Monday through Saturday, from eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. to five thirty o'clock (5:30) P.M. (Ord. 753, 11-19-2012; amd. Ord. 770, 9-3-2013; Ord. 778, 4-7-2014; Ord. 794, 5-4-2015)
(D) Two Hour Parking: It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle more than two (2) consecutive hours on Washington Street between Pine Street and Locust Street.
(E) Three Hour Parking: It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle more than three (3) consecutive hours on:
City parking lot #1.
Dixie Highway, east and west side between 2nd Street and River Street.
Locust Street between 2nd Street and River Street. (Ord. 753, 11-19-2012)
