(A) Restricted Areas: No person shall park any vehicle on any of the following streets, between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. of any day, except physicians on emergency calls:
North Dixie Highway from River Street north to Mechanic Street.
North Locust Street from River Street north to 2nd Street.
River Street from Pine Street east to Chocolate Street.
Second Street from Pine Street east to Walnut Street.
