The operation by any person of any place of recreation or entertainment, as hereinbefore defined, without first obtaining a license therefor, or causing or allowing conduct on the licensed premises as set forth in section 3-3-8 of this chapter, is an offense punishable by fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) upon conviction thereof for each offense. Each day any person operates any place of recreation or entertainment, as hereinbefore defined, without first obtaining a license therefor, shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 236, 9-5-1978)
