Where storm sewer connection stubs have been provided, every new dwelling unit and/or structure utilizing a nonsanitary sump pump shall make connection to said storm sewer stub. Connections of nonsanitary sump pumps to storm sewer stubs shall be made outside of the principal structure by way of an indirect connection. The village may inspect or cause to be inspected any connection which connects to the village storm sewer system. In fulfilling its right to inspect, village shall have a right of entry pursuant to subsection 8-1-5E of this chapter. (Ord. 2008-O-005, 1-14-2008)
