(A) No person licensed hereunder shall engage in the business or profession of electronic gaming entertainment before 8:00 a.m. or after 12:00 midnight.
(B) No person licensed hereunder shall admit customers or prospective customers, or remain open for business, before 8:00 a.m. or after midnight.
(C) No person in charge of managing an electronic gaming establishment upon the premises shall allow, permit or condone the violation of divisions (A) or (B) of this section.
