In addition to the rules in § 3-4.1, the following rules apply to Rich Park.
(A) The hours during which the premises known as Rich Park will be open to the public daily from dawn to dusk with the exception of scheduled park events with town approval. No unauthorized person will be in Rich Park from dusk to dawn and no private vehicular traffic will be permitted upon the park roads during those hours.
(B) The Park speed limit is 10 M.P.H.
(C) Fires are permitted only in the permanent grills at the shelter.
