§ 3-2.6 INTERFERENCE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall tamper, obstruct or interfere with any parade, picket line or group demonstration being conducted under authority of a permit duly issued by the Town Manager or the Town Manager's designee.
   (B)   Violation of this section is punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor under G.S. §§ 14-4 and 160A-175 and/or a civil penalty under § 1.8 of this code.
