No new streets shall be named within the corporate limits without prior approval of the town. Proposed new street names and the locations thereof shall be submitted to the Town Planner for review. The town shall have the authority to disapprove the proposed name if it conflicts with, or is confusingly similar to, an existing street name in either spelling or pronunciation.
