§ 8-3.8.30 Fairgrounds, Flea Markets and Farmers Markets.
   (A)   Direct access to the site shall be provided by a major or minor arterial.
   (B)   For fairgrounds only, fairgrounds hours of operation shall be no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and no later than 12:00 midnight.
      (1)   No ride or attraction will be closer than 200 feet of the closest point of any abutting property located in a Residential District.
   (C)   For farmers markets only, farmers market hours of operation shall be no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and no later than 7:00 p.m.
      (1)   No farmers market building or vendor area located in OSR will be closer than 200 feet of the closest point of any abutting property located in a Residential District.
      (2)   Farmers markets located in OSR will use Type B buffering when located next to a Residential or Mixed Use District.
   (D)   For flea markets, indoors only, all business activity must take place inside a fully closed structure.
      (1)   No flea market structure located in OSR will be closer than 200 feet of the closest point of any abutting property located in a Residential District.
      (2)   Indoor flea markets located in OSR will use Type B buffering when located next to a Residential or Mixed Use District.
