(A) Outdoor storage, display and sales of agricultural supply items and materials, implements and equipment are permitted except:
(1) Such shall not be located in the front yard of the principal use as the term front yard is defined in the zoning ordinance; or
(2) As limited in divisions (B) through (C) below.
(B) Outdoor storage and displays shall not occur within 40 feet of a residential use or residentially zoned property.
(C) Outdoor display and sales of merchandise accessory to a principal use shall not:
(1) Be located in any public street right-of-way;
(2) Block the entrance to any building;
(3) Be placed in any front yard or side yard abutting a town street; and
(4) Display merchandise higher than any fence within which the merchandise is enclosed.
