§ 2-3.4 VACANCIES IN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE.
   All vacancies occurring from any cause whatsoever in any administrative office, other than that of Town Manager, if to be filled, shall be filled by the Town Manager, as soon thereafter as practicable.
