(A) Water rates, deposits, system development fees and connection and reconnection charges shall be determined from time to time by the Board, published in the annually adopted fee schedule and shall be kept on file in the office of the Clerk.
(B) A policy for cutting off water service to delinquent water and sewer customers shall be adopted by the Board and kept on file.
