§ 8-3.8.79 Studios (Art, Arts and Crafts, Dance, Music, Photographic).
   Studios allowed in OSR or NR will be subject to additional conditions:
   (A)   Type B buffering required when located next to a Residential District.
   (B)   No structure shall be located within 200 feet of the closest point of any abutting property located in a Residential District.
   (C)   Hours of operation shall be no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and no later than 9:00 p.m.
