§ 4-6.3 SAME—APPLICATION.
   Application for the license shall be made upon a form provided by the Town Clerk and shall contain all information necessary for the Board to act intelligently upon the application. All applicants shall sign a consent form to allow the Davie County Sheriff’s Office to perform a criminal history check, CJLEADS Inquiry and a driver's history check of the applicant. The Town Manager or designee will review the application and will forward a recommendation for approval or denial of the application to the Board of Commissioners. The final decision will be determined by the Mocksville Board of Commissioners.
