§ 4-5.5 SAME—REVOCATION.
   A second conviction of a licensee, or licensee's agents or employees, for any violation of any provision of this article shall by operation of law constitute an automatic revocation of the license of that licensee. In addition, the Board may, at any time, for cause and after a hearing of which the licensee shall be given the reasonable notice as the Board may direct revoke any license issued pursuant to this article.
