A 25 mph speed limit shall apply on the following state highway system streets: North Main Street (U.S. 158) beginning at a point 500 feet south of the south property line of Mocksville Elementary School and extending 500 feet north of the north property line of the school, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., and 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on each day that school is in session.
