The 2015 Edition of the International Series of Codes and Appendices are hereby adopted. An official copy of such code is on file in the office of the Building Official. The codes adopted as part of the 2015 International Code Series are:

3. 2014 National Electrical Code
4. Plumbing Code
5. Fire Code
6. Mechanical Code
7. Property Maintenance Code

All new construction and substantial remodel projects must have:
1. A temporary address.
2. Protection of streets, alleys, and adjacent properties from run-off and erosion of soil and construction debris.
3. A portable toilet, present on the property when the presence of construction crews exceeds four hours daily and/or two days per week, to remain in place until construction is completed or work ceases for a period of time greater than seven days and/or suitable facilities are available within the construction facility. (Placement for multiple projects shall be at the Building Official’s discretion, with an appeal permissible to the City Administrator.)
4. A construction dumpster/trailer shall be present when construction activities generate a substantial amount of construction debris and/or remnants and shall remain in place until such time as the debris and remnants are no longer generated from the construction activities. (Placement shall be at the Building Official’s discretion with an appeal permissible to the City Administrator.)
