It shall be unlawful for three or more persons to assemble together upon any sidewalk or street thereof, in front of or adjacent to any store, shop or other place of business, so as to obstruct the public right-of-way along said street or sidewalk, or entrance to said place of business, or so as to obstruct or injure the carrying on of any lawful business in any of the places aforesaid within the limits of the municipality.
