(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any parent, guardian or other person having custody of any minor child under the age of 16 years who, knowingly or through lack of diligence, shall permit such child to be in violation of the provisions of § 132.04, shall be deemed guilty of neglect of such child and, upon conviction, shall be fined by the court in an amount not exceeding $100. Any minor child under the age of 16 years who shall violate the provisions of § 132.04 shall upon conviction be fined by the court in an amount not exceeding $100.
