It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any pool hall, billiards hall or bowling alley to open or make available for public use said pool hall, billiards hall or bowling alley between the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on any day of the week except Sunday when the pool hall, billiards hall or bowling alley shall not be open or available to the public from 12:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., and the owner or operator shall exclude therefrom all persons during the time such pool hall, billiards hall or bowling alley is required to be closed.
