§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violation of any state statute will be a distinct and separate offense against the municipality as well as against the state. Violators thereof shall be separately prosecuted by the municipality for each of such offenses and, if convicted, shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor.
