(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 52.17 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $3 nor more than $100, with costs of prosecution.
(2) Any person who shall turn on the supply of water to a service pipe from which the supply has been turned off by the city on account of nonpayment of water rents or for any other reason, without first having obtained a permit to do so from the proper city authorities, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $3 nor more than $100 with costs of prosecution.
