§ 50.29 DISCONNECTED OR DISCONTINUED.

   The city will furnish electric current in accordance with these regulations unless prevented by unavoidable causes, but expressly reserves the right to disconnect and discontinue said service for any of the following reasons:

   (A)   For repairs necessary to be made on any part of the circuit;

   (B)   Failure to maintain wiring in accordance with the code in force at the time;

   (C)   For nonpayment of electric bill when due;

   (D)    For misrepresentation in relation to conditions of the wiring or the consumption of current for light and power; and

   (E)   Failure to pay for extensions or installations as agreed.
