§ 50.28 UNLAWFUL ACTS.
   No line, fixture, lamp, insulator, pole or appliance of any nature belonging to, or a part of the electrical light system of the city shall be moved, tampered with, removed, injured, destroyed or altered except by an employee of the city and under the direction of the Utilities Superintendent.
