§ 50.20 FEES AND COLLECTIONS.
   The governing body has the power and authority, upon resolution of the Board of Public Works, to fix the rates to be paid by electrical consumers for the use of electricity. All rates shall be set by ordinance and be on file for public inspection at the office of the Municipal Clerk-Treasurer. The Utilities Superintendent shall bill the consumers and collect all money received by the municipality on the account of the municipal electrical system in the same manner as the Water and Sewer Department bills are collected.
