(A) If the owner, lessee, agent, or tenant having charge of the lands mentioned in § 94.25 to comply with the notice required by such section, the Legislative Authority shall cause such unsafe trees or limbs to be cut, and may hire the necessary machinery and labor to perform the task, or may use village labor and machinery, and charge therefore the rates and fees established by written schedule.
(B) Expenses incurred shall, when approved by Council, be paid out of the money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
