§ 94.25 UNSAFE TREES A NUISANCE.
   (A)   R.C. § 715.20 gives a municipality the power to regulate and provide for the trimming of trees in a street or alley. R.C. § 723.01 imposes upon the village the duty to keep streets and sidewalks open, in good repair, and free from nuisance.
   (B)   Unsafe trees and limbs that pose a threat to the safety of users of the public streets and alleys are hereby declared a public nuisance.
   (C)   Any person owning or having charge of land within the municipality shall keep such property free and clear from all unsafe trees and limbs that pose a threat to users of the public streets and alleys.
