§ 31.20 ELECTION, TERM, QUALIFICATIONS OF THE VILLAGE FISCAL OFFICER.

The Village Fiscal Officer shall be elected for a term of four years, commencing on April 1 next after his or her election. He or she shall be an elector of the municipality.
