For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. Animal or vegetable waste resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking and consumption of food.
OPERATOR. Business firm performing the collection and disposal service.
PERSON. Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
REFUSE. Both combustible and noncombustible waste, such as paper, cardboard, tin cans, wood, glass, and household appliances. Specifically excluded are all grass, yard clippings, and trimmings, automobiles, rubber tires, and construction materials.
VILLAGE. The Village of Minster.
VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR. The Village Administrator of the Village of Minster.
