(A) As stated in § 50.17, deposits having been made will be refunded when the renter moves out of the rental unit, and having paid for all services, and the Clerk-Treasurer's office having received proper notification.
(B) Utility deposits are put into a special trust fund and are not used for payment of village expenditures. No interest is paid to anyone who has a utility deposit. Interest earned on deposits is credited to the general fund of the village.
