Any person who has applied for a registration or license in accordance with this chapter and to whom the Police Chief or designee has, after an investigation, denied a registration or license may appeal the decision to the Mayor. Such appeal shall be considered by the Mayor within five days, and the Mayor’s decision shall be final.
