§ 1066.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates §§ 1066.02 or 1066.03 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (b)   Whoever violates § 1066.04 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor if more than three false alarms are transmitted within a six-month period but less than nine are transmitted within a calendar year. If nine or more false alarms are transmitted in any calendar year, such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
