(a) Fishing is prohibited at all times in that portion of Minerva Park Lakes lying north of Minerva Lake Road (the North Lake).
(b) Fishing in that portion of Minerva Park Lakes lying south of Minerva Lakes Road (the South Lake) is permitted in designated areas only and is prohibited, even in designated areas, between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, and then is only permitted between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.
(c) Those areas of the Minerva Park Lakes where fishing is prohibited and where fishing is permitted shall be as designated on the map attached to original Ordinance 7-97, passed October 13, 1997, and incorporated herein by reference. Signs shall be posted as necessary along the shoreline to adequately establish fishing and non-fishing areas. Either the ordinance from which this section derives (Ordinance 7-97) or the number of this section (§ 1062.02 of the Codified Ordinances of Minerva Park) shall be listed on such signs.
(d) The only two areas designated as “Fishing permitted between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.” shall be as follows:
(1) The shoreline east of the Community Building to west of the northeast corner of the South Lake (this is approximately the point at which the parking lot ends and the footpath and shoreline come within a few feet of each other and the bank becomes quite steep); and
(2) South of the northeast corner of the South Lake up to, but not including, the spillway.
(e) In all areas other than those set forth in division (d) hereof, fishing shall be prohibited at all times.
