SECTION 6.02 Department of Law

The Law Director shall be the head of the Department of Law. He shall be appointed by a majority vote of the Council, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Council and may be removed by a majority vote of the Council. The Law Director must be admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio. (Amended 5-3-2022)
