SECTION 4.03 Style of Ordinances and Resolutions.

Each ordinance shall contain an enacting clause as follows: "Be It Ordained By The Council Of The Municipality Of Minerva, State Of Ohio," and each resolution shall contain an enacting clause as follows: "Be It Resolved By The Council Of The Municipality Of Minerva, State Of Ohio."
