SECTION 3.06 Absence or Disability of the Mayor.

During any period when the Mayor shall be absent, inaccessible, disabled or unable for any cause to perform his duties, the Deputy Mayor of the Council shall be acting Mayor and shall exercise all powers, duties and functions granted to the Mayor by this Charter, the laws of Ohio, and the ordinances and resolutions of the Municipality.
