735.08 APPLICATION AND FEES.

All food truck operators shall file an annual application with the Village and pay an annual registration fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). All vendors shall present the copy of the Mobile Food Vending License issued by the Stark, Carroll, or Columbiana County Board of Health upon application.
