(a) Food Trucks positioned within 250 feet of a lot occupied by a one or two-family residence may not operate between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.
(b) The hours of operation may be expanded upon the issuance of an extended hours permit from the Village Administrator, or his designee, in advance of any event in which the hours of operation violate those set forth in subsection (a) hereof.
