735.01 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)   "Food Truck" means any vehicle or vehicle and trailer combination licensed by the State of Ohio and possessing a Mobile Food Vending License.
   (b)   "Mobile Food Vending License" means the official document issued by the Stark, Carroll, or Columbiana County Board of Health allowing the operation of a mobile food establishment in Stark, Carroll, or Columbiana County.
