(a) A special revenue fund be designated (B20) and be created to receive fees from court fines through the Minerva Mayor’s Court in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 19.01.26 and other related sections.
(b) In accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, the amounts received in such funds shall be utilized only for the costs and support of the computer system of the Minerva Mayor’s Court.
