(a) There is hereby established a bank credit card payment procedure to be utilized in the payment of bonds, fines or other costs (including jail reimbursements), for citations issued through the Mayor’s Court, including bonds posted through the Police Division as authorized by the Mayor’s Court.
(b) Authorization is hereby given to enter into a bank card membership agreement with a local financial institution for the purpose of administration of credit card services. (See Attachment A to original Ordinance 6-90, passed February 13, 1990.)
